Who we are
Colorado Healthcare Properties, LLC is a boutique developer of out-patient medical properties in metropolitan areas of Colorado. We partner with medical providers in investment and construction of medical facilities.
Our first project was a 31,000 SF building located in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver, CO which opened in 2022. UCHealth, the largest employer in Colorado and one of the top systems in the nation, is the main tenant. Ours was their highest priority project in the State and developed during the Covid pandemic. Colorado Healthcare Properties, LLC conceived the project and executed from land acquisition through tenanting and certificate of occupancy.

Max Walker, Partner
Max Walker has worked in commercial real estate in the Colorado market for over 25 years. He has worked for a firm responsible for a bankruptcy re-organization plan that became High Point at DIA , served as the Economic Development Director for Edgewater, CO and worked providing business consulting to micro-enterprises located in Detroit. Max holds a Master of Real Estate from the University of Denver and a Master of Urban Planning the University of Michigan.
Chuck Denk, Partner
Charles Denk has over forty years experience in Medical Office construction delivering complex healthcare and industrial projects throughout the U.S. Mr. Denk has a full-service background in comprehensive healthcare/commercial construction, real estate development, project oversight, strategic planning, implementation and oversight for projects. Charles holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Illinois.
